Traveling from Galway to Dublin ( a good 3 hour drive). We were hungry and craving a burger and fries. Needless to say, this was a great spot to satisfy our craving. We're from Southern California in the United States and this place was much like our Johnny Rockets. I had a cheeseburger with fries simple but oh so good! Irish beef beats American beef hands down. My bf created his own monster cheeseburger with an egg and we shared boneless chipotle chicken wings. Great stop for a filling & quick meal.
If you're gonna claim to serve American food, you need to be able to pass muster with me. And yeah - it's that good. Good serving sizes. Good burgers, good chicken tenders, good French fries and my wife loved her milkshake.
I live in America and typically I would avoid eating burgers and fries and try something else when on vacation, but the place just looked so inviting! I ordered a regular cheese burger topped with a fried egg, some really delicious garlic fries and a vanilla malt that hit the spot! Prices were on par with a more upscale burger joint and I guess since everything is made to order with some pretty good choices for customization, it was a good deal for what I paid. Staff was really friendly and didn't rush you at all, so that's always welcoming.
